GROUP FITNESS CLASSES AT SONA

Our fitness curriculum is designed to inspire and motivate you, using a variety of disciplines and techniques. We offer Cardio/Core, Cardio/Strength, HIIT, Strength and Yoga group classes in-person and via live stream.


All of our classes are taught by highly trained coaches and feature limited class sizes. Small-group classes allow our coaches to provide individualized attention. You’ll receive guidance and positive reinforcement throughout the workout, helping you to focus on correct form and your safety.

  • CARDIO/CORE

    Sona’s Cardio/Core workouts feature a mix of high-energy cardio moves and core-focused strength exercises. Complete alternating circuits of cardio (rowing, spin or treadmill) intervals, matched with exercises that strengthen and tone your core. The goal: Improve core strength, stability and power to promote overall fitness, while building cardiovascular endurance. 

  • CARDIO/STRENGTH

    Sona’s Cardio/Strength classes feature a blend of high-speed cardio moves and full-body strength/weight training. Alternate between cardio (spin, rowing, or treadmill) and floor-based strength exercises. The goal: Work major muscle groups, while building cardiovascular strength. 

  • HIIT

    Our High-Intensity Interval (HIIT) workouts feature intense bursts of exercise, followed by a short recovery. Complete a series of fast-paced circuits that combine cardio and strength exercises. The goal: Keep your heart rate up and naturally increase your metabolism.

  • STRENGTH

    Our Strength classes combine weight training and bodyweight exercises. Complete circuits of functional strength training exercises that improve balance, mobility, strength and endurance.  The goal: Building functional muscle strength for optimal performance.

  • YOGA

    Our Yoga classes are designed to facilitate athletic recovery. All classes are Vinyasa Flow-based and feature smooth, fluid movements matched with calming breathwork. The goal: Help you recover faster, de-stress, and gently stretch key muscle groups. 

  • 55+

    Sona’s 55+ classes are designed for our members that are 55 years old and older.  Enjoy a modified version of the Sona fitness curriculum (HIIT, cardio/strength, cardio/core, and strength) custom-tailored to your training needs. The goal: Practice the same functional training principles in a safe, lower impact, slower tempoed environment.
