Personal Training:

We recognize that your time is valuable, and we appreciate your respect for our staff and other clients. We require a minimum of twelve (12) hours' advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your personal training session. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment using your confirmation email, through our mobile application, or by contacting us directly at support@sona.fitness or (847) 316-9863.

Our Policy

• Cancellation/Rescheduling: Any cancellation or rescheduling request submitted less than twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time shall result in the forfeiture of the corresponding session credit.

• Late Arrival: Should you arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to accommodate your session. In such cases, the same cancellation fee will apply, resulting in the forfeiture of the session credit. We will make every effort to reschedule your session for a time mutually convenient to you and your trainer.

• Payment: A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. All forfeiture or cancellation fees will be deducted from your existing credit package. In cases where no session credits are available, the applicable fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Semi-Private Classes:

Our semi-private classes operate with a limited capacity, and availability is often constrained. To ensure spots are available for all clients, we require you to cancel your registration at least twelve (12) hours before the scheduled class time. This allows us to offer your reserved spot to another client. You may cancel your class registration using your confirmation email, through our mobile application, or by contacting us directly at support@sona.fitness or (847) 316-9863.

Our Policy

• Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds for semi-private classes.

• Credit: If you provide at least twelve (12) hours' advance notice of your cancellation, your payment will be held as a credit toward a future class.

• Forfeiture: Failure to cancel with at least twelve (12) hours' advance notice shall result in the immediate forfeiture of the class payment. For clients holding an unlimited membership, failure to provide the required notice will result in a $20 cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file.
